Current Job Opportunities
All of the job announcements, which you can find in the Job posting section of the website are for positions in the projects in the tender stage, unless otherwise stated. Tender stage means that CEEN either alone or in a consortium with partner organisations is taking part in the competition for the project and is forming project expert team. CEEN enters competitions for projects by responding to pre qualification notices and tenders issued by technical cooperation organisations such as EuropeAid, Worldbank, DFID and others.
Procedure how to apply for a listed position:
- First contact - If you are interested in the project described in the notice and you comply with the required profile, you are invited to download the CV template (at this stage we also accept all language versions or CV formats) and send it as an email-attachment to the contact person indicated in the link at bottom right corner of each job opportunity. We are looking forward to receiving your application.
- Negotiations - After we receive your CV, responsible project coordinator will contact you and you can further discuss the project assignment in greater detail. You will also agree on the basic conditions of your involvement in the project. Selection of the candidates is done at the end of this stage by all members of the consortium (consortium of organisations which are together competing for the project).
- Supporting documentation - After agreement on all the conditions of your involvement and your decision to join the project team, we will ask you to submit all the supporting documentation:
- electronic copies of your academic qualifications,
- employers' certificates in respect of past work experience.
- Proposal stage - We encourage to involve our candidates in cooperation on proposal development. This ensures correct implementation planning according to the team expertise and experiences and results in higher quality of services to delivered.
- Project Implementation stage - After we win the project competition and will be given the contract, project coordinator will get in contact with you and will arrange contracts with you and other experts on team. During the implementation phase of the contract, CEEN will provide the expert team with ISO certified backstopping services and project management.
Framework contracts expert search
CEEN is currently implementing framework contract: EC COMMISSION FRAMEWORK CONTRACT EUROPEAID/119860/C/SV/multi Lot 8 - Health as a partner of ECORYS Health group. Under this contract there are 2-5 projects per month announced for closed circle of competitors (permanent shortlist). There is faster, simplified procurement procedure used(one month from call to start of implementation of the project) and usually there are required experts for short-term positions up to 6 months but only in the health field worldwide. Practically, we have usually less than 14 days to identify the expert team for the project. CEEN Database of experts
If none of the current project opportunities fit your profile, but you would like to cooperate with us in any of our fields of expertise, do not hesitate and send us your CV to following email ceen@ceen-consulting.com. The CEEN expert database is a custom-made database that stores all the information on registered experts (name, nationality, academic qualifications, language, donor and country experience, contact details etc.) and includes all available CVs. A full text search tool allows our project coordinators to search CVs with high accuracy. All the entered information is used strictly only for purpose of forming teams for international TA projects by CEEN Consulting GmbH and will not be given to possession of any 3rd party.
